- Paris Lewis Added September 19, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have had nothing but absolute dramas with this store. After spending over 3 1/2 grand on items in one visit on Boxing Day 2016, I am yet to receive the cot that I ordered on that date.
When I purchased and paid for the cot on Boxing Day, I was told by staff the cot would take 2 weeks to arrive. It has been just short of 3 months and I still don't have my cot.
Not only did the staff spend the first month telling me incorrect information (that the cot was in the company's warehouse- which was a lie because it hadn't even been ordered), but every time that I was told I would receive a call back, EVEN from the manager, it never happened.
I have spent nearly 3 months having to call them regularly because I never get informed of where my cot is, and after being promised by the manager on the latest occasion that I would have my cot in a maximum of 2 weeks, I STILL don't have my cot.
I would absolutely not recommend attending this store due to inexcusably poor customer service not just from staff, but even from the manager.
Extremely disappointed.
