- Adrian King Added February 06, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst experience today. Walked in and even though I started off by saying I'd like to make an appointment, the receptionist made me feel unwelcomed just because I didn't have an existing appointment. Pushed her own personal agenda ahead of a long term clients needs. Saying in a blunt tone "Oh you have no appointment, we like people to have appointments here" Even though they advertise same day appointments and all she had to say was "no appointment, that's OK how about 2pm".
I'm sick of receptionists not acting in line with their clients best interest. Now I got an appointment within half hour at the one 100m down the road near the newsagent. Let's see if they treat their customers with respect!!
