- jason murray Added September 05, 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Since the new manager has taken over I find the staff rude under qualified and extremely judgemental especially the female staff I used to only buy my parts from this store but now go elsewhere due to lack of knowledge in vehicles and continually getting the wrong parts .
The new staff are so far unqualified that they don’t even know common vehicles they know a lot about commodores and patrols but ask them something about anything else and they have no idea.
I’ve witnessed many people leave in frustration due to the lack of knowledge and customer service I know of several people who will never shop here again.
Truely disappointed how bad this store is now and live in hope all staff is fired and new knowledgeable staff is hired stop hiring just out of school little girls who have no knowledge in the automotive trade and employ some staff that are qualified to actually help customers find the correct parts.
